long weekend!
Mike and I want to go on a trip (maybe 4 or 5 nights) in October. We want to see pretty trees and mostly just relax, and if possible, be by the ocean. We want to go somewhere in the New England area… we’ve never been to Maine or Vermont. Suggestions?

Both Maine and Vermont are beautiful, but I’m partial towards Maine. Portland’s near Cape Elizabeth and Freeport has cool little shops!
